Call and Assessment Management System  

The Call and Assessment Management System (CAMS) software is a proprietary, licensed Microsoft Access database that monitors the clinical intake and assessment function, as well as referral development activities. The program allows for both snapshot and trending information about referral sources, payer mix, dispositions, call and assessment volumes, and demographic information.
 

CAMS may be included as a deliverable under certain contractual agreements or offered as a stand-alone lease. Sample CAMS reports are available for review.
