David Cawley, M.S.W. is a founding partner of The CawleyJohnson Group. He has provided direct operations oversight to more than 400 community hospitals and other behavioral health providers throughout the United States over the last 30 years. During this period, he has been a senior executive at several national behavioral health companies, including as Executive Vice President of Mental Health Management, President and CEO of FHC Management Services, and Vice President of Contract Services at Charter Behavioral Health Systems. Jim Johnson, M.B.A. is a founding partner of The CawleyJohnson Group. He has worked in the behavioral healthcare industry for 35 years, accumulating an extensive background in hospital operations and fiscal management. He has been a CFO in a community hospital and a CEO of several private psychiatric hospitals. He also served as Senior Vice President of Hospital Operations for Charter Behavioral Health Systems, with responsibility for strategic, operational and fiscal oversight of 35 psychiatric and substance abuse hospitals. His vast experience in operations, managed care strategies, expense management, acquisition and merger strategies, and joint ventures provides CJG clients with accountable and field-tested leadership. |
